Have you ever had the experience where someone cannot accept the Bible because they do not believe some of the miracles?  I know of such a person who was raised in a Christian home but after years of delving into wicca, fairies, reincarnation etc. they now have embedded themselves in what I believe would be called humanism. 

They have all the right answers if you present them with the Bible.  I am reminded that such as person would be defined as a fool.  You cannot change them – only the Lord can do that.  It is like casting your pearls before swine.

The preaching of the cross is foolishness to those who do not believe.  But for those of us who do have the faith to believe we receive not only eternal life but a close relationship with Christ in out lifetime hear on earth.

As parents, our hearts our saddened as all of our children have forsaken what they have been taught as well as our grandchildren.  It is sad to think that our Christian heritage will be snuffed out in this generation.  I believe we must have faith as we take our petitions for them before God, that they will make their hearts right before God before leaving this earth.  We might not live to see it but we can have faith to believe it.
